Ashwani is a qualified Chartered Accountant of 1979 batch from India and is the founder & MD of A One Management Consultancy Limited. Abu Dhabi, UAE since 2014. He has held the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Group Corporate Controller and Group Chief Accountant of Al Jaber Group, one of the biggest private sector groups in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

 Ashwani has over 40 years of wide work experience as senior executive in finance, accounting, auditing, and consulting roles in the big & mid-size corporates in UAE and India.Ashwani has monitored and controlled the finances and accounts of companies with Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Construction, Equipment leasing, Trading, Manufacturing, and Marine Transportation and managed Group Turnover over AED 10 billion.Ashwani has good working knowledge of IFRS and has worked closely with big four auditors to get the financial statements audited.Ashwani has contributed to improve business performance with the implementation of Improved Processes in Budgeting, Billing, Collection, Procurement, Payments, Inventory Control and MIS system and Implementation of Oracle JDE ERP system for Al Jaber Group of Companies in Abu Dhabi. Ashwani has worked on the Financial & Operational Restructuring of Al Jaber Group, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Ashwani has arranged funded and non-funded facilities from the lenders.
